  • Content: We collect the content you create on the Service, including messages, photos, and videos you send to other users.
  • Support Inquiries: If you contact our support team, we collect the information you give us during the interaction.

B. Information We Collect Automatically

  • Usage Information: We collect data about your activity on our Service, such as how you use it (e.g., date and time you logged in, features you’ve been using, your swipes, clicks) and how you interact with other users (e.g., users you connect and interact with).
  • Device Information: We collect information from and about the device(s) you use to access our Service, including hardware and software information such as IP address, device ID and type, and browser type.
  • Geolocation Information: With your permission, we may collect your precise geolocation (latitude and longitude) to help you connect with users nearby and to power features like our AI Date Planner.

2. How We Use Your Information

Our primary goal is to help you build meaningful connections. We use your information to:

  • Provide and Operate the Service: Create and manage your account, display your profile to others, and facilitate messaging and connections between users.
  • Personalize Your Experience: Use our proprietary AI algorithms (like the AI Chemistry Score) to provide you with more compatible matches and suggest relevant conversation starters.
  • Ensure Safety and Security: Verify user profiles, monitor for and prevent violations of our Terms of Service, and combat harmful or illegal activity.
  • Improve Our Service: Conduct research and analysis to improve our features and user experience.
  • Communicate with You: Send you service-related notifications about your account, matches, messages, and our premium features.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With Other Users: You share information with other users when you voluntarily disclose information on the Service (including your public profile). Please be careful with your information and make sure that the content you share is something you're comfortable being publicly viewable.
  • With Service Providers: We use trusted third-party vendors to perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting (Firebase/Google Cloud), payment processing, and AI model hosting. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
  • For Legal and Safety Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law, or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with legal processes, protect the safety of our users, or enforce our Terms of Service.

You have control over your information. You can access, review, and update your profile information at any time by logging into your account and visiting the Settings page.

You can also delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Please note that for safety and legal reasons, we may retain certain information for a limited period as required by law.

We work hard to protect you from unauthorized access to or alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information. We use a combination of technical, administrative, and physical controls to maintain the security of your data, including encryption and secure cloud infrastructure.

Our services are restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to terminate that account.
